When you dine in or order take away –

Select from our pre-packaged meals in the fridge and we will warm it for you in our Turbofan oven in 12 minutes. This way your meal will maintain all the nutrients it has been prepared with. Or you can phone ahead with your order, and we will have it ready for you to sit down to or to call in and collect. We don 't use a microwave oven as this destroys the wonderful and beneficial nutrients in our foods.

If you are looking for a healthy meal to take home and heat yourself –

You simply choose from any of the fresh pre-packaged meals we have in our fridge, take it home, heat your oven to 150o and place your meal in the oven in the packaging for 10-20 minutes. Your dinner will be ready by the time you shower, no dirty dishes or laboring over a hot stove, can’t get more convenient than that, and the packaging is compostable, throw it on your garden.

If you would like to order a lunchtime delivery –

Simply order by phone or fax, 1 hour before you require it and we will deliver it to you at your specified time and place of work anywhere on the beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula. Our fridge is now stocked with pre-packaged meal options to suit most pallets and needs. If we haven't met your needs in our menu, please talk to us and we can come up with something suitable for you.
