Built in 1986 Morgans Seafood has become one of Brisbane’s best known seafood operations. The flagship of the Morgans fleet is the Seafood and Fish Market which also includes: a state-of-the-art Take Away, Oyster Bar, Sushi Bar and outside waterfront dining area. Morgans Seafood Market is Queensland’s largest retail display of fresh seafood with over 100 seafood products over 30 metres of ice, daily! You can choose your catch, have it filleted and then cooked while you wait – now that’s impressive!

Our team of skilled oyster shuckers open hundreds of oysters for the passing parades of seafood lovers – every day! Party orders welcome.

Morgans Award-Winning Seafood Restaurant seats 200 guests. Din inside in air-conditioned comfort with floor to ceiling glass or outside on the wrap around waterfront verandas which overlook the harbour – dotted with luxury yachts, pleasure craft and commercial trawl fishing boats.

The picturesque views of Moreton Bay and the Glasshouse Mountains added to the sheer indulgence of fresh seafood – just off the trawlers makes for an incredible dining experience.

Morgans Seafood Restaurant is one of the state’s most renowned seafood restaurants with a collection of local and state awards. At the helm is Executive Chef Deberah Healy. Her cuisine style is contemporary Australian seafood with a Mediterranean twist, her food is superb and full of flavour, freshness, texture, her presentation is modern and visually appealing.

Her 25 or more years as a chef with a decade of specialising in seafood brings a wealth of product knowledge and a real seafood perfection to the dinner table.

With a fleet of 20 or so trawlers being off-loaded almost at your table you know the seafood is fresh. Morgans menu has an impressive selection of seafood, fish (fillets & whole), shellfish and crustaceans, a selection of glorious seafood platters and their famous seafood smorgasbord on Thursday evenings is a must for seafood lovers.

A blackboard of inspirational specials, which feature the day’s catch, is prepared daily along with a selection of irresistible desserts.
